What is StudySprint?
StudySprint is an online shop selling downloadable resources that help students organise coursework, revision, deadlines and personal finances. It was created as a university digital business project.
What types of products do you offer?
Weekly study planners, assignment and deadline trackers, student budget spreadsheets and exam countdown calendars.
Are the products physical or digital?
Digital. No printed or physical items are sent.
How do I receive my purchase?
As soon as your order is complete, your download link appears on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email and in My Account → Downloads.
Can I place a real order?
No. StudySprint is a student project, so orders are simulated and no payment is taken. You can still complete checkout and download a preview image of the resource.
What software do I need?
It depends on the product. Printable PDFs need a PDF reader (and a printer if you want a paper copy). Spreadsheets need spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel. Each product page lists its requirements.
Can I use the products on my phone?
It depends on the file and the app. PDFs and spreadsheets can usually be viewed on a phone, but some spreadsheet features work better on a computer.
Can I edit the templates?
Spreadsheets let you enter and change your own information. Printable PDFs are designed to be printed or annotated in a PDF app. Check each product page for details.
Will these products guarantee better grades?
No. StudySprint resources support organisation and planning. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort and your course requirements.
Can I get help with a download?
Yes. Use our contact form, choose “Download help” and include your order reference if you have one.
What is your refund policy?
Please read our Refund Policy. Because downloads are available immediately, you agree at checkout to lose your 14-day cancellation right; your legal rights for faulty digital content still apply.
Can I share or resell my purchased files?
No. Files are for the purchaser’s personal use. See our Digital Product Licence.
