StudySprint is a fictional business created for a university project. Because orders are simulated, this policy is an example of how refunds would work for a live store.
Cancellation of digital downloads
For digital content, your 14-day cancellation period ends when the download becomes available. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand this (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Faulty or incorrect files
If a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn’t possible (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Contact us with your order reference and we’ll put it right.
How to request a refund
Use our contact form, choosing “Download help”, or email hello@studysprint.co.uk with your order reference and a short description of the problem.
Refund timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing a refund.
